CIO State of IT Talent Study – Webcast Panel and Survey Announced

Chicago, IL—June 20, 2023—IT Executives Council, a community and platform for information technology and cybersecurity executives, announces a new study on the rapidly changing subject of talent. The annual CIO State of IT Talent Study aims to gather insights on the difficulty in finding IT talent in organizations and the reasons behind it. It also seeks to identify the most challenging IT skills to recruit, the most common reasons for IT employees leaving an organization, trends in outsourcing, and the importance of employee retention, and benefit and perk offerings in recruitment and retention efforts.
