Citrin Cooperman Names Kimberly Paul as New CIO

Citrin Cooperman announced the appointment of Kimberly Paul as the firm’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). Paul has led leading-class IT functions across complex, regulated, and data-centric companies for the past 25 years. She will play a critical role in helping the firm rapidly scale as the accountant and advisor of choice for middle market companies and high net-worth individuals.

MetLife Names Nick Nadgauda as New CIO

MetLife has named Nick Nadgauda as its new executive vice-president and chief information officer (CIO). Nadgauda will oversee MetLife’s application development, infrastructure, enterprise platforms and architecture teams. He has been tasked with the strategic vision and execution across the company’s technology portfolio, with a focus on enhancing market differentiation throughout the customer journey. Nadgauda most recently worked at Citi, where he had a 20-year stint.

NIH Names Adele Merritt as New CIO

Adele Merritt, who has run technology operations at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence since 2022, was named as the new chief information officer (CIO) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Adele is taking on the new role with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and national security operations

Schnuck Markets Names Tom Henry as New CIO

Tom Henry

Schnuck Markets, Inc. has tapped Tom Henry to serve as its chief data and information officer. He is being promoted from his current role as chief data and deputy CIO and replaces the retiring CIO and Chief Supply Chain Officer Bob Hardester. Henry joined Schnucks in 2019 from Express Scripts Holding Co. Among other accomplishments since then, he led the development of the company’s advanced data and analytics organization during his tenure so far.

SJW Group Names Douwe Busschops as New CIO

SJW Group has appointed Douwe Busschops as Chief Information Officer. Busschops will lead the integration and optimization of technology systems to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth. He joins from Veolia North America, where he served as VP and CIO for the Municipal Water division, leading technology modernization initiatives and digital transformation strategies.

Wolters Kluwer Names Mark Sherwood as New CIO

Wolters Kluwer has appointed Mark Sherwood as Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer. Sherwood will manage the company’s enterprise technology infrastructure, focusing on advancing digital capabilities, implementing AI transformation, and enhancing workplace and customer experience. Sherwood joins from Microsoft, where he led the Infrastructure and Engineering Services global team.

Myer Names Mark Medwell as New CIO

Mark Medwell has been named the new chief information officer of department store Myer. Medwell has been in charge of Cotton On Group’s end-to-end IT function for the past eight and a half years, servicing 1,400 stores in 23 different countries.

BCG Group Names Mike Whitaker as New CIO

BGC Group, Inc. announced Mike Whitaker has joined as Global Chief Information Officer and a member of its Executive Committee. In this newly created role, Mr. Whitaker will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive technology strategy across the company, driving innovation and efficiencies to deliver growth.
