Intel Corp. has appointed Cindy Stoddard as senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO). The appointment marks a key leadership move as the company advances its multi-year digital and operational transformation. Stoddard joins Intel after nine years at Adobe, where she led global IT and cloud operations.
Ronald McDonald House Charities Names Jarrod Bell as New CIO

Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) has appointed Jarrod Bell as Chief Information Officer. Bringing over 25 years of experience leading technology strategy and operations across nonprofit and corporate sectors, Bell will drive RMHC’s global technology vision, focusing on digital transformation, enhanced cybersecurity, and scalable systems to support the organization’s next phase of growth and impact.
John Hancock Names Kartik Sakthivel, Ph.D. as New CIO

Kartik Sakthivel, Ph.D., has joined John Hancock as Chief Information Officer. John Hancock, a unit of Toronto-based Manulife Financial Corporation, provides insurance, wealth management, and financial services to individuals and businesses in the United States. As a member of the Global Technology and US leadership teams, Sakthivel is responsible for technology strategy and architecture, as well as supporting product design and delivery, operational excellence, and optimizing transformation and value creation.
Department of Energy Names Dawn Zimmer as New CIO

Dawn Zimmer has been named as the Department of Energy’s (DOE) chief information officer (CIO). Before joining DOE, Zimmer worked as the executive director of Information Technology Experience and Engagement at Virginia Tech. In that role, Zimmer supported more than 30,000 users by leading the IT engagement and experience team.
TD Bank Names Kiran Vuppu as New CIO

TD Bank has named Kiran Vuppu as its new U.S. Chief Information Officer, responsible for leading technology strategy, delivery, and transformation efforts across the bank’s U.S. businesses. Vuppu brings more than two decades of technology and leadership experience in the financial services industry.
RaceTrac Names Ameet Shetty as New CIO

RaceTrac has hired Ameet Shetty as their chief information officer. Shetty brings more than 29 years of finance and technology experience, including 15 years leading enterprise technology strategies across the financial services, retail and consumer goods industries.
Lawfront Names Tony McKenna as New CIO

Lawfront has appointed Tony McKenna as chief information officer, strengthening its operational leadership as the group continues to expand. Tony joins from top 100 firm Howard Kennedy, where he spent five years as director of IT and change and previously held senior technology roles at Freshfields and A&O Shearman.

His responsibilities also include leading the firm’s cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, ensuring the safety, security and privacy of client and firm data. Wyckoff brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the fields of information technology, cybersecurity, and project management.
Penn State Health Names Dennis Sutterfield as New CIO

Penn State Health has appointed Dennis Sutterfield as senior vice president and chief information officer, a pivotal step in the health system’s journey to become a more agile, data-driven and patient-centered organization. Sutterfield brings more than 20 years of experience in health care technology leadership, most recently serving as vice president and CIO at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University.
Texas A&M Names Vince Kellen as New CIO
Texas A&M University named Vince Kellen, who most recently served as the chief information officer at the University of California San Diego, as its new CIO. He’s also held senior IT leadership roles at the University of Kentucky and DePaul University.
