IT Talent Research Study and Webcast Panel Now Available

Chicago, IL—July 19, 2023—IT Executives Council, a community and platform for information technology and cybersecurity executives, announces a new study on the rapidly changing subject of talent. The annual CIO State of IT Talent Study identified new insights on the challenges of recruiting and retaining IT talent. It also seeks to identify the most difficult IT skills to recruit, along with trends in outsourcing and employee retention.

The 2023 CIO State of IT Talent Study was conducted in May to July of 2023 via a national survey of CIOs and related titles. 

“The CIO State of IT Talent study uncovered new insights into recruiting and retaining talent,” states Lindsay Brown, IT Executives Council Executive Director. “CIOs and IT executives can benchmark the study results, and learn new perspectives from our experienced panel of subject matter experts.”

The study and webcast panel discussion are produced by the IT Executives Council, a community and platform for Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), VPs of Information Technology, and other IT executives focused on career development and training, best practice information resources, networking, recognition, and more.
